Bidding
A Bidding Number system is used. If you wish to bid you will be required to complete a "Bidders Registration Form". All persons wishing to register must supply verifiable identification and Credit or Debit card details. If you are unable to supply any of the above, you will be required to pay a £300 Registration Fee. This amount will be deducted from your purchase or refunded if you do not make a purchase. One cannot register a bid without a number.
HPI Data
All Sold vehicles are subjected to a HPI Data Check to ensure that they are not listed as Stolen or Subject to Outstanding Finance. If it is found that a vehicle is listed but has not been declared, by the vendor, as being listed the buyer will be offered the opportunity to reject the car, make a revised offer or to take no action.
A standard charge of £10.00 + VAT is levied for this service, in addition to the buyers fee. Any buyer choosing to waive this service will be required to sign a disclaimer relieving Barons of any responsibility in the event that a problem should arise after the fact.
Entry Fee
Standard Entry Fee £120 + VAT per vehicle.
Premier Entry Fee £170 + VAT per vehicle

Commissions & Premium
Buyers Premium = 10% - All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
A minimum Buyers Premium of £150 + VAT applies to all purchases of £1,500 or less.
Sellers Commission = 5%. All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
A minimum Sellers Commission of £150 + VAT applies to all sales of £3,000 or less
